Dietary Contact For The Seat Of The Soul

We know our own principles of the human body mind spirit & soul but Gary Zukav covers much in his work called the seat of the soul from a different perspective, from that broadly of nature. But like many texts on this topic much lays unproven, nevertheless Deepak Chopra mentions in his book that `The Seat of the Soul’ is the best book he has read about the soul.

Zukav suggests animals have a group soul (What some call a collective soul) which I found to be quite interesting.

He discusses that all horses/elephants/dolphins share the same soul groups akin to their species. An animal does not have its own soul, but shares one with its entire specific species. He attests, for example, there is only one for the hundreds of millions of cows in the world. Which is why most animals tend to function on something called instinct. Moreover he cites that some group souls are higher spiritually than others. For example, the collective soul of dolphins is higher than all other sea-bound creatures. He asserts that many spiritual sects believe that a dolphin is the last stage of a soul before becoming reincarnated into a human being and thus even in the animal kingdom, there are souls that are more evolved than others. (Yes he mentions reincarnation; Sorry,)

Soul Food Recipes – 3 Healthiest Seasonings to Use

Soul food recipes continue to get a bad rap by today’s health community for it’s health risk, especially if eaten in large amounts. Thanks to those same health professionals, food experts and consumers, healthy menus continue to grow and quickly replace the more traditional high fat, high calorie ingredients.

In addition to the changes in ingredients, another change continues to take place as well. The way we season what we eat. Traditionally we season our collard greens, black-eyed peas and other southern vegetable dishes with ham hocks, fat back and thick bacon slices. We find that gave our vegetables that rich smoky flavor that southern eating is famous for. But that’s a high price to pay for it’s health risk. So what can we do? Stop eating soul food. No a thousands times no.
